We are a local Notary Public based out of Gravette in Benton County. We provide mobile notary services and travel from Sulphur Springs to Rogers and everywhere in between. $25 + Notary Fees more than 10 miles from Gravette
$25 Covers 1 signer or 1 document per transaction
$5 per person/signer
$10 per Notarization/Stamp
$25 per Witness (Fees cover only 1-30 mins of appointment per witness) PLEASE NOTE: 30-60 mins will be additional $25

Loan Signing Fees

The table below lists each notarial act and the state fee

$150 Single Loan Closing (15 miles of travel included) Mileage fee per mile, after first 15 miles
$35 Additional related (Piggy Back Loan) Loan Closing
$30 Printing of electronic documents, up to 200 pages Printing additional pages, per pages $0.25
$50 Travel and non-closing fee (This fee is due if the notary travels to the location and the borrower refuses to sign)
$35 Cancellation Fee applied with 1-hours or less notice.
